AIToolBox (kaynai.co.uk) provides free, browser-based AI tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Contact: [email protected]
Every tool on AIToolBox processes your files entirely within your browser using your own device's CPU and memory. Your photos, PDFs, videos, and other files are never uploaded to any server. We never see, receive, or store them.
We write two items to your browser's localStorage only:
If you accept cookies via our consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage patterns — which tools are used most, how long sessions last, and which browsers are common. GA4 data is anonymised and aggregated. We cannot identify individual users. You can opt out at any time using the "Revoke cookie consent" link in the footer. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We display ads via Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-5242968615107720). If you have consented to cookies, Google may use cookies to show ads relevant to your interests based on your browsing history. You can manage your ad preferences at Google Ad Settings.
JavaScript libraries and AI models are loaded from Cloudflare CDN, jsDelivr, and esm.sh. These services may log technical request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) per their own privacy policies. They do not receive any of your files or documents.
You have the right to access, correct, or erase any personal data we hold. Because all processing is local, there is no server-side account or stored file data to delete. To erase all locally stored data, click "Revoke cookie consent" in the footer, then clear your browser's site data (Settings → Privacy → Clear site data for kaynai.co.uk). You agree not to use AIToolBox to process content that is unlawful, that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or that could be used to harm others. You are solely responsible for all content you process using the tools.
All processing happens in your own browser. We never receive, store, or have any access to files you process. You retain full ownership of all content you work with.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIToolBox and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may update, change, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without notice. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
